Core Returns Form

Thank you for supporting the Bobcat Remanufacturing process by returning core components to be remanufactured. The reduced need for raw materials and less energy spent manufacturing a new product helps you and Bobcat Company conserve natural resources, save energy, and minimize waste.

You can return your used component (core) within 30 days after the purchase of the remanufactured part. To begin the core return process, please fill out the form to receive an email with Core Return Instructions, a Packing Slip, and a pre-paid Shipping Label.

Your Order ID is in your confirmation email. If you created an account, you can Sign In and click on My Orders in the left-hand margin to find your Order Number. If you are unable to locate your Order ID, please Contact Us

If the part is greater than 150 pounds, truck freight is needed. Contact shop@bobcat.com to arrange a shipping carrier.

Once the core arrives at the Bobcat core facility, it will be inspected for any defects. Credit will be applied to the original credit card used to purchase the item.
