Remanufactured Motors

With the Bobcat remanufacturing process, hydraulic slew and drive motor cores are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Cores are stripped of grime, dirt and paint by blasting it with baking soda. Cores are disassembled and thoroughly inspected with laser profiling technology, complex air gauges and mics. Worn components are brought back to new specifications or get replaced with new ones. Finally, remanufactured slew and hydraulic drive motors are tested against new ones.
