Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Sensor is designed for compact track loaders with diesel engines larger than 3 liters.
- High-grade urea is injected into the exhausts to scrub or clean the NOx (nitrogen oxide) from the engine exhaust.
- DEF systems help clean up the exhaust fumes and improve fuel efficiency by reducing fuel consumption.
- Sensor headers measure the temperature and quantity of the fluid level in the tank, as well as monitor the quality of the urea solution.
Due to engineering standards, some parts are updated or changed and are assigned a new part number. Previous part number for the tank was 7303044. Previous part numbers for the sensor were 7303043 and 7303045. This part is the direct replacement of those two parts.
