If you have a worn diaphragm breather, dirt and dust can get into the engine, causing the engine to be difficult to start and run unstable. If you hear a whistle, the breather is probably torn. Replace every 1500 hours. For your convenience, this part is included in the E85 1500 hour maintenance kit (7324360).
