Remanufactured Alternator, 6681857REM works with the battery to generate power for the electrical components of your equipment.
During the remanufacturing process, we rewind rotors or replace them with new ones. All bearings receive high-temperature grease for better performance in hot and extreme cold conditions. We return many components to original working conditions, including front housings, back housings, voltage regulators, rectifiers and slip rings. We also dip the slip rings and rewound stators in varnish. This prevents coil vibration in slip rings and protects against wear on stators. Finally, alternators are examined and tested to spec before leaving the shop floor.
