Rider Comfort

Rider comfort and low vibration is essential to the health and safety of machine operators. These tracks reduce the vibration of the rollers with a tapered metal core on the underside of the track.

Anti-Cut Rubber Compounds

High quality, anti-cut rubber compound significantly minimizes the cut damage and chunking caused by sharp objects. This increases the life of the track by reducing premature breakage. The edge of excavator tracks is commonly damaged on construction sites. When a machine drives against a curb, stump or sharp object, the edge of the track can bend, shearing the rubber between the edge of the track and the top of the embedded core metal. The rounded core metal edge helps avoid the build-up of stress. Additional rubber is added on both the inner and tread sides to make the track edge more durable.

Anti-Rust Steel Cord

Even when moisture or mud penetrates from external cuts, the advanced anti-rust material prevents weak, rusted steel cords.

Reduced De-Tracking

De-tracking happens when the track slips off of one of the undercarriage components, causing down-time and breakage. The interlocking core metal design creates lateral stiffness and reduces de-tracking.
