The Bobcat® R60P tamping rammer produces a repetitive downward force for deep compaction of nearly 18 inches. Highly maneuverable and most effective on cohesive soil types such as clays. Power tamping rammers are ideal for precision soil compaction work in small areas or places where larger compaction equipment cannot reach.

Powered by a durable Honda engine, the R68P jumping jack delivers a centrifugal force of 2,585 lbf. (11,500 N) for a maximum compaction performance of nearly 18 inches, depending on ground conditions.

Some rammers require disassembly to remove a vertically positioned air filter which allows dirt to fall into the engine during servicing.
